I was able to find what I needed quick. The items was easy to spot, and the whole thing didn’t take much time at all.

Ordered from Victorian Plumbing and, like I said, the items themselves were totally fine. No real complaints about the quality or anything like that. It was more the delivery cost that put me off a bit, because it felt quite high for what I’d bought and it added up quickly at checkout. Like I said, I’d probably use them again if I needed something, I just wish the postage was a bit more reasonable.

This looked nothing like the description. The listing made it sound way better than it actually is, which always makes me suspicious of that polished marketing wording companies use. Once it arrived, it was just disappointing

They’ve got a really good range, which I liked, but I did notice myself trying to sort everything into categories just to make sense of it all. After a while it started to feel a bit overwhelming, even though the variety is definitely a plus.

I had an issue with a shower valve that was still under warranty, so I contacted Victorian Plumbing thinking it would be fairly straightforward. Instead, I got passed from one person to another, then they’d ask for photos, order numbers, and, actually, I’d already sent half of it—then ask for the same details again.

Replies took ages, and it felt like nobody was properly reading what I’d written. Every message seemed to start the whole thing over, and by that point I was just going round in circles trying to get someone to take it seriously.
In the end, it felt like they were just dragging it out until I gave up. It’s still not sorted through them, and I’ve had to pay someone else to fix it myself. I definitely won’t be using them again

I reached out for help and felt like I was just being shuffled from one person to the next. The replies were vague, and nobody seemed all that interested in actually fixing the issue. It got really frustrating, like I was just a ticket number in their system. I don't see myself using them again...

The delivery tracking did work, so I was able to keep an eye on my package, but I expected the updates to come through a bit quicker. There were times it felt a little behind, which made it hard to know exactly where things stood. Overall it was fine, just slower to update than I was hoping...

I’ve ordered from Victorian Plumbing before, but this most recent delivery has really put me off. The box turned up half crushed and felt really flimsy, with hardly any padding inside. You could hear the parts rattling around, which just made it feel like it had been packed in a rush. For bathroom items, I’d expect a lot more care. Based on this latest experience, I’m not impressed at all...

I had a complaint, and to be fair, they sorted it out in the end. These things always seem to take a bit of back and forth, but it was handled well enough, so I can’t really complain now

The delivery driver was really friendly and gave me a call before arriving, which I appreciated. The box showed up in good condition with no dents or anything. Overall I’m happy with it, though there wasn’t much else to really stand out either way.

I still havent had a proper answer or a refund. Its really frustrating when youve paid for everything and then have to chase them to sort out what they didnt send.

My shopping experience was okay overall, but there were about a few items I was hoping to get that were out of stock. Not a huge issue, just a little disappointing...

One of the parts showed up cracked, which was a bit frustrating at first... but I sent over some photos and they sorted out a replacement really quickly. No fuss or back and forth, just handled it. Happy with the way they dealt with it

I ordered a bathroom tap and waste set, and at first I thought everything was all good because the tap looked great. Then I opened the waste and it was the wrong finish, which instantly changed my mood. Like, come on, how does that get missed? It wasn’t a complete disaster since the tap was fine, but I still had to contact them and wait around to get it sorted. Just felt like something that should’ve been checked properly before sending it out.

For what I paid, I’m happy with the quality. It’s not something I’d call high-end, but it feels fair for the price and does the job well enough for me.

Really disappointing. Ordered from Victorian Plumbing because the delivery date on the site worked for us, but it just never showed up. Had to keep chasing, and got told something different each time. Had the plumber booked too, so ended up wasting money and dealing with a lot of hassle. The items might be fine whenever they arrive, but the delivery reliability was awful. Wouldn’t use them again for anything I needed on time

Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when this arrived. It felt flimsy right out of the box and already had a chip on it. For the money, I definitely expected better quality...

I had to chase for an update, and replies were slower than I’d have liked. I don’t think customers should have to keep asking just to know when something is coming — clear updates feel like a basic part of good service. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit unclear and frustrating. I might use them again, but I’d go in with lower expectations next time.

I tried placing an order a few times, but the checkout page kept crashing on me. At first I thought it was just a quick glitch, but nope, same thing again and again. Super annoying. Anyway, I gave up in the end.
